Hi , I am trying to send my fist announcement and all my clients show not opt in-- how do I get that fixed so I can send my announcement out

  Hi Francine, please follow the steps below to opt in your clients. 

  1. Log in to your Thryv Business Center 
  2. Click on Clients
  3. On the top right, click More Actions
  4. Click Export
     
  5. Keep the format as CSV and then click Download 
     
  6. Open the CSV File 
  7. Add a column that says "Opt In" 
  8. Put 1's for all the rows under that column 
  9. 
  10. Save the CSV file 
  11. Follow these steps to reimport the clients (please make sure to select the "overwrite" option when importing the clients) https://learn.thryv.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000644432-How-Do-I-Import-My-Client-List 
  12. Refresh your Thryv in the browser
