opt in on clietns

Hi , I am trying to send my fist announcement and all my clients show not opt in-- how do I get that fixed so I can send my announcement out

Hi Francine, please follow the steps below to opt in your clients.
- Log in to your Thryv Business Center
- Click on Clients
- On the top right, click More Actions
- Click Export
- Keep the format as CSV and then click Download
- Open the CSV File
- Add a column that says "Opt In"
- Put 1's for all the rows under that column
- Save the CSV file
- Follow these steps to reimport the clients (please make sure to select the "overwrite" option when importing the clients) https://learn.thryv.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000644432-How-Do-I-Import-My-Client-List
- Refresh your Thryv in the browser
