In the rare event that ThryvPay has an outage, a banner will be displayed to notify merchants of the issue. The banner will be removed when the outage clears.

• Merchants will not be able to process a transaction during a true outage. This banner will detail to the user why the payment did not process.

• The banner will be removed when the outage is resolved.

We have improved our error messages to avoid confusing merchants. Now, they will only appear during actual payment issues, preventing accidental duplicate payments.
