Troubleshoot Google Business Profile
| A customer I'm working with can't connect their Google Business Profile because they aren't able to access it. I know we're not able to intervene directly, but do we have anything we can offer them? |

I would recommend sending them to the guided course for troubleshooting their GBP: https://learn.thryv.com/hc/en-us/p/learning_modules_page#01HWQHHRNBGDRYW2KVNKQ7HGQ6 This course has a series of steps they can take to make sure they have full control of their profile. If they complete these steps and still aren't able to access, their best option is to contact Google directly.
