When sending a newsletter to clients, I recommend using Business Center and navigating to the marketing tab. From there go to announcements and you can build your newsletter campaign. I like this option, because you can upload a list of your clients to the Business Center and send them all the newsletter update. You will want to ensure you have a clean email list, meaning you have ran it through an email srubber. You can always call THRYV support and they can walk you through the steps. Hope this helps!
