Bi Directional or one time Sync?
I am looking to connect my Google Contacts with Business Center. If I want to import all of my existing contacts for all time, do I just need to enable a bi-directional sync, or do I need to do a one-time sync first?

That's a good one! If you want to import existing contacts, then you will need to complete a one-time sync in addition to the bi-directional sync. The bi-directional sync will only cover new clients going forward or any clients that change. The one-time sync covers all of your existing contacts
