What kind of forms are you connecting with Jotform?
The main reason I see users connecting Jotforms is to obtain contact information (like name, phone, email etc). What are some other ways these are being used so I can encourage my customers to use it more creatively?

Great question! In addition to this case, I have also had users who have used it for gathering customer feedback or research, using it as an "order form," or even using it as preliminary job applications. I'm sure there are other uses out there as well, hope this helps!
