    Hi Bridgett,

    That is a great question! Within Business Center, a business owner can manage staff roles and permissions. When the stylists are assigned the "user" role the preferences can be updated to only view customers and conversations that are assigned to that staff member. To do this, navigate to Settings>Staff>Edit your staff member(s)>Advanced>Roles & Permissions> Uncheck the box to show client cards that are not assigned
