ThryvPay is fully usable on desktop and it integrates directly with Business Center, so you can still use it to get paid for invoices and appointments, as well as one-off charges. Desktop also still gives you access to scheduled payments, reporting, and all of your analytices. The biggest things you would be missing out on without the mobile app is tap to pay and the ability to use your ThryvPay card reader. So to answer your question, not it's not a requirement to download the mobile app, but it can make your life easier in many ways.
