Bookkeeper has requested access to Thryv.
How do I go about that and should a bookkeeper have access?

You will need to add your staff member within Command Center. Once logged in, click on "Add Staff" in the upper right corner. Add in your bookkeeper's information as applicable. Email will be mandatory when logging in. You can select their role, which is admin or staff. Select which channels, if applicable, they would need read or write access to. You can always update this later in settings. Finish adding them by clicking on "Create".After you have added them in Command Center, open up your Business Center by clicking on "Dashboard" on the left panel. This will open up your Business Center in a new tab. On that tab, click on "Settings" on the left panel. Once in "Settings," under the "My Business" column, click on "Staff." You will see the staff member that was recently added. Click on the pencil icon to edit the staff member. Here, we recommend changing the role to "Collaborator." This role DOES NOT grant access to account settings, online presence, and campaigns. They may use the "work as" option, which allows them to view and edit all users' activities.
