This article explains how to update the First Name and Last Name on your Thryv ID profile. Thryv ID is the account profile connected to your Thryv or Keap apps, and keeping it accurate helps your name display correctly across your account and any connected apps.

This article does not cover updating your email address or username. Email and username updates are not currently available. See the FAQ section below for more information.

Why Keep Your Profile Name Accurate

Your name on Thryv ID appears anywhere your account is referenced, including team member lists, activity logs, and communications sent from your account. If your name is outdated or misspelled, teammates may have trouble identifying you, and any records tied to your account will show the incorrect name.

Updating your name takes less than a minute, and the change applies immediately across Thryv ID and any connected apps. There is no need to update your name in more than one place.

How to Update Your Name in Thryv ID

The steps to reach your Thryv ID profile depend on which app you use to sign in. Find your app below and follow the matching steps.

If You Sign In Through the Thryv Platform

Click the profile icon in the top navigation bar.

A dropdown menu opens showing your name, email, and company. Click View Thryv ID.

On the Thryv ID profile page, update the First Name field and the Last Name field with your correct name. Click Save to apply your changes.

If You Sign In Through Keap

Click your avatar in the bottom left corner of the screen. A menu opens above your avatar. Click Settings. 

Click My account. On the My Account page, click Manage Keap ID in the top right corner.

On the Thryv ID profile page, update the First Name field and the Last Name field with your correct name. Click Save to apply your changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I update my email address or username in Thryv ID? No. Email and username updates are not currently available. This is expected behavior, not an error. More updates on this are coming soon.

Will my updated name show up in all my apps right away? Yes. Once you save your name change in Thryv ID, the update applies across Thryv ID and any connected apps.
