This article provides a high-level overview of the Account Overview area available in the bottom-left avatar menu for users on the Keap Pro and Max editions. From this section, users can quickly view key account details such as the current App ID, permission level, company name, and edition type, as well as access their profile page for additional account information.
Locate Your App ID
- Locate your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the application. Click the avatar to open the Account Overview panel.
Review the account details displayed, including:
- Permission level
- Company name
- Current App ID
- Edition type
Click the Account Overview area to open the user profile page for additional account information and settings.
