Social media management has moved to Marketing Center. To provide a more powerful and integrated experience, all social media scheduling, posting, and analytics are now centralized in the Thryv Marketing Center.

How to Access Social Tools
- Switch to Marketing Center: Look at the Top-Left of your screen. Click on the Waffle Icon (Product Switcher) and select Marketing Center.
- Locate the Social Tab: Once in the Marketing Center, you will see Social in the main navigation bar.
Enter the Dashboard: Click Social > Social Calendar to see your upcoming posts
Go to Social > Settings (Gear Icon) then Add New to connect new accounts.
Managing your website
- To manage your website, click on My Account
- And click on Website Builder
Instructions for Legacy Edition Users
If you are on a Legacy Business Center plan or an older Marketing Services edition, your experience might look slightly different:
- If you see a "Social" tab in Business Center: This is a legacy view. While you can still see history here, we recommend using the Product Switcher to move to the Marketing Center for the latest features like CaptionAI and Threads integration.
- "I don't see Marketing Center in my switcher": If Marketing Center doesn't appear in your waffle menu, your legacy plan may not have it active yet. Contact support or your account manager to enable the Marketing Center Foundation (which includes social posting) as part of your package.
Done-for-You Users: If you have the "Social Presence Management" add-on, your posts are created by Thryv experts. You can still review and edit these by going to Social > Social Calendar in the Marketing Center.
Quick Step: Connecting Your First Account
- Permissions: Ensure you are the Admin of the Facebook/Instagram Business page.
- The Path: Go to Social > Settings (Gear Icon) > Linked Accounts
My Social Media account is disconnected
If a connection fails, click "Refresh credentials" to clear the old "handshake" between Thryv and the social platform.
