This document outlines what is included when an Easy Automation is installed from one app to another, using Solution Launchpad.

What's included?
The following data is included when installing an Easy Automation:
Automation name
Trigger configuration (form submitted, tag applied, deal stage moved, etc.)
Action steps (send email, add tag, create task, etc.)
Stop conditions
Wait/delay settings
Custom field references
What's NOT included?
The following data is not included when installing an Easy Automation:
The automation is unpublished when installed and requires review
Original automation statistics and performance data
Automation history and contact records that have entered the automation
Email send history
The publish/active state (automation will always be unpublished in destination app)
Easy Automation Dependencies
When configuring an Easy Automation, it's possible to reference other items, which will also be included in your install. Supported dependencies:
Contact Custom Fields
Tags
Pipelines and deal stages (for deal-based triggers/actions)
Forms (public forms, internal forms, or landing page forms used as triggers)
Email templates (if referenced in send email actions)
Tasks, task types, and task outcomes
Note: Nodes requiring setup to function properly will be indicated as needing configuration. Any partially configured steps will retain whatever data can be cloned but may require additional setup in the destination app.
