Getting Started - from a Contact
- Access a contact you’d like to send an email to

Click Email from the list of Actions, and choose the Wand icon from the bottom of the email client
Selecting a prompt

Choose a prompt by clicking one of the prompt cards, or write your own and click Generate.
- If you wrote your own prompt, your content will be generated, and you can move on to the Adjusting the message section. If you selected one of the existing prompt cards, you’ll have the option to specify a Company and Persona profile to train the AI.
Train the AI
- Before generating your prompt, you can specify a Company profile to use for this prompt using the Select a Company dropdown.

Additionally, you can specify a target Persona profile to use for this prompt using the Select a Target customer persona dropdown
- If you haven’t previously created a Company profile and Target persona, you can skip to the Keap AI Content Assistant section and then return.
Adjusting the message
- Once you’ve clicked to generate your content, you’ll be presented with the ability to modify the content.

Review the content, and if desired, click the Modify button at the bottom of the Content Assistant.

Additionally, you can write your own custom modification directly into the Modify prompt field and clicking the Modify button.
Inserting the message

Once you are happy with the content of your message, click Insert to add it to your message.
Getting Started - from an Easy automation

To access Keap AI Content Assistant from an Easy automation, simply navigate to Automations > Easy, and then either create a new automation or select one from the list.

Once you’ve either selected Send an email from the list of Thens, or clicked on an existing email, choose the Wand icon from the bottom of the email client.

Getting Started - from an email template
- You can also leverage Keap AI Content Assistant from within an email template inside of an Easy automation.

To do so, simply navigate to Automation > Easy, and then either create a new automation or select one from the list.

Once you’ve either selected Send an email from the list of Thens, or clicked on an existing email, choose the Insert template icon from the bottom of the email client.

Once active, click Manage templates from the bottom of the menu

From the Email templates list, click on a template you wish to use, or create a new one by pressing the + create button, and start with the Selecting a prompt section above.
Keap AI Content Assistant
- If you haven’t previously used the AI Automation Assistant to create a Company profile and target Persona, you can do so at any time by navigating to Automations > AI Automation Assistant.

Once there, you can begin to create a new play by clicking Create a new play, or choosing Play templates from the top of the page.
Note: It is not necessary to complete the Play in order to create a Company profile & target Persona for use in generating content with Keap AI Content Assistant. -
Once you’ve picked a Play to create, you’ll be presented with a screen to select from any existing Company and Persona’s you’ve created, and you can edit them if you so choose, or choose to create a new Company and/or Persona for use with AI Content Assistant.

Choose Create new company from the dropdown.

Now, enter some company information, including an owner name, business name, and website address that you’d like to use for this company profile, and press Next.

Next, you’ll enter additional company details including the primary category of product/service your company offers, the brand promise, and an email signature. You can get suggestions as well!

When you are finished, click Done and you’ll be returned the previous screen.

Great! Now we’ll repeat this process to create a new target Persona.

Now we’ll provide some target Persona details, including the name of the target persona, a description of what achieving the brand promise looks like, and specific problems that your target persona experiences. You can get suggestions as well!

Press Next when you’ve completed the Persona details.

Now we’ll write some Emotional Statements related to this persona

Remember that you can click Get suggestions to get some inspiration! When ready, click Next.

Finally, we’ll list out some benefits this target persona will experience once they become customers.
- When ready, click the Done button. You are all set! You are ready to take full advantage of AI Content Assistant that has context of your Company profile and target persona.

Can I use AI Content Assistant in the Email Builder within Advanced Automations or Broadcasts?
Not at this time, however we plan to add this ability.
Can I use AI Content Assistant for writing text messages?
Not at this time, however we plan to add this ability.
What languages are currently supported via the Translate modification?
American, Australian, & UK English, French, German, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Korean, and Chinese
What information is used in creating content?
Different prompts will use different information depending on the prompt, however prompts can include information from:
- Your business, website, etc.
- Your Automation/Content Assistant information including Company profile and target Persona
- The contact record
- Notes associated with the contact record
- Any information you write into the prompt field.
