- You’ll no longer be able to create or update campaigns in the old marketplace.
- To push new content bundles, you’ll need to use Solution Launchpad (SLP) going forward.
- You can still push existing campaigns to client apps until the marketplace is fully deprecated.
Overview
What is happening to the old Marketplace?
Thryv is retiring the legacy Keap Campaigns Marketplace, which is primarily used for campaign and content publishing.
This change is being made because we have developed a new tool called Solution Launchpad that offers enhanced functionality and capabilities.
This migration presents an opportunity to enhance your automation workflows and create more sophisticated, packageable solutions for your clients by leveraging Solution Launchpad's advanced capabilities.
When will the old Marketplace and Partner Edition be retired?
Both the old Marketplace and Partner Edition will sunset on January 9th. After this date, you will no longer be able to access or use the legacy Marketplace functionality.
Why is Thryv making this change?
We are retiring the old Marketplace and Partner Edition because Solution Launchpad offers more control when sharing campaigns, automations, and content. Solution Launchpad provides a more robust, secure, and scalable approach to packaging and deploying Keap CRM solutions.
Will there be a new Marketplace in the future where partners can share and sell automations with customers publicly?
Yes, Thryv will communicate details in the future that will include a marketplace with the ability to monetize customized automations. The current Keap Marketplace is still available in the interim. https://marketplace.keap.com/

Migration Process
How do I audit my existing Marketplace content?
To review your current Marketplace content:
- Go to marketplace.infusionsoft.com and sign in with your APP/Account user ID
- Click on "My Campaigns" to see all campaigns and automations you've published to the Marketplace
- Review "History of Installed Campaigns" to see what has been installed and to which apps
- Identify which campaigns and automations you want to continue using and bring into Solution Launchpad
How do I migrate my content to Solution Launchpad?
The migration process involves:
- Access Solution Launchpad through your Keap app settings or the partner portal
- Add shareable items by clicking the "Add shareable items button.”
- Select Automation Builder from the menu
- Choose your campaigns from your sandbox (you can only migrate campaigns you own)
- Insert selected items and follow the export process
What content can I migrate?
You can only migrate campaigns and automations that you initially created in:
- A sandbox that you have access to
- Your primary paid app
- Another paid app that you own (requires a migration request through your partner manager)
- A deleted sandbox you previously had access to (requires a migration request)
What content CANNOT be migrated?
You cannot upload items that you created in a client app. These automations will need to be rebuilt in your sandbox or primary app to be shareable through Solution Launchpad.
Access and Permissions
How do I access Solution Launchpad?
There are several ways to access Solution Launchpad:
For Max Classic users:
- Go to Settings under the Admin menu section
- Choose Solution Launchpad
For Pro/Max/Ultimate users:
- Click on your user profile icon and choose Settings
- Choose Solution Launchpad
Through Partner Portal:
- Access via the link on the partner portal homepage.
What if I don't have access to Solution Launchpad?
- All certified partners should have access set up and accessible from their main paid app (see this video for how to access).
- If you don’t have access, fill out the access request form here for access to Solution Launchpad.
How do I manage user permissions for Solution Launchpad?
To set up permissions:
- Go to Settings > Users and Permissions > Roles and Permissions
- Admin roles always have access to Solution Launchpad
- Limited Admin roles have access by default
- Manager roles do not have access by default, but can be granted access
- You can create custom roles with specific Solution Launchpad permissions
Troubleshooting
What if I get error messages during migration?
If you encounter errors during the migration process:
- The error message will typically tell you what's wrong and where to go to fix it
- Common issues include tags or components created initially in different apps.
- You can either remove the problematic item from the automation or update it to resolve the issue
- Items that are "grayed out" indicate that you don't have ownership access and need to find the source app
What if I can't find some of my campaigns?
If campaigns appear grayed out or inaccessible:
- The campaign may be owned by somebody else
- It may have been installed from a different app, and you need to find the app where it was initially created.
- Contact your partner manager for assistance with access issues

Timeline and Next Steps
What should I do before January 9th?
- Audit your current Marketplace content to identify what you want to migrate.
- Prioritize campaigns created in client apps, as these will need to be rebuilt.
- Begin migrating your existing campaigns to Solution Launchpad
- Test your migrated content to ensure everything works properly
- Set up appropriate user permissions for your team members who will use Solution Launchpad
What happens after January 9th?
- The old Marketplace and partner edition will no longer be accessible after January 9th, 2026.
- All campaign publishing and content sharing must be done through Solution Launchpad after this date.
- You will have access to enhanced features and capabilities via Solution Launch Pad.
