To help users to abide by Yelp’s rules, we have implemented an auto responder to the My Leads Inbox to ensure the user’s clients are contacted in the timeframe before Yelp locks the lead.
- Yelp requires a response to a RAQ in a 7-day period
- Sends generic message back to the client letting them know the user should be in touch soon!
It is known that our SMB owners are busy at work, this eliminates the time crunch of ensuring you are responding within Yelp's required time frame! Giving time for the user to work without losing a lead!
