How to install
You will now be able to access our twelve free proven automation templates in your app under the side navigation titled “Automation Templates” as seen below. These templates encompass the four key small business automation areas; marketing, sales, service, and operations.
Please note! If you are using the legacy Max Classic UI, you will need to toggle on the New Features tab to access Automation templates
You can also access these automation templates when you go to create an automation in our new list view by clicking on “Create an automation” in the upper right hand corner of your screen on the side navigation “My automations”, and then selecting “Start from a template”.
Finally, you will be able to install the templates through solution launchpad. Here is an example of the install modal that opens when you select an automation:
To install, simply follow the instructions on the modal that pops up after you select the + button in the right hand corner of the automation template card. This will install the automation in your app, which you can find under “My automations” in the side navigation. Don’t forget to customize the template to suit your specific copy and functionality needs.

This automation is a standard lead magnet offer. It starts with a landing page that offers a “freebie” in exchange for people opting in with name and email. It then follows up automatically with 3 emails to ensure people access the freebie and get value from it. Once they access it, they receive two additional emails encouraging them to schedule a sales consultation. The automation is stopped when a sales consultation is scheduled (this also is part of the Sales Pipeline automation). |

Sales templates

Operations templates

Use this automation to notify management or admin staff before each employee's birthday so they can do something nice. Also sends an automated birthday message to the employee on their birthday. |
Follow up when a failed payment occurs. This automation creates a task to follow up for an updated payment method and emails the customer. |
Send an Employee of the Month survey to all employees each month to have them submit nominations for Employee Of The Month. Use the included contact groups (saved searches) in a custom widget on your dashboard to see the nominations. |
