Users can elect to see any number of channels at a given time, filtering out what’s not needed.

• Channel “Sockets” have been replaced by the Filter List
• Instantly filter messages from selected Channel(s)
• Filter “all but” on Channel for a traditional email experience
• Filters apply to Conversation and Conversation List (Inbox)

This allows users to view messages in a threaded format (by selecting only one channel), easily find messages, and customize their Thryv Command Center experience.
