We’ve improved the way you add new staff members in Thryv Business Center for users who also have Thryv Command Center (This applies to all Thryv Business Center accounts purchased after 8/1/2023). Now when you click on the New Staff button in Thryv Business Center, it will navigate you to the Thryv Command Center Staff Settings. You no longer need to worry about managing staff in two separate places.

• Add New Staff in Thryv Business Center will open Thryv Command Center for users to create their staff. 
• Staff member’s first name, last name, and email are now required to be updated in Thryv Command Center. They can no longer be updated in Thryv Business Center. 

This interlaces the functionality between Thryv Command Center and Thryv Business Center to provide a better user experience.
