Google has updated the process for linking your Google Business Profile and Thryv Listings. To ensure your listings stay up to date, we’ve included a tooltip in your Google Profile pages to remind you of the requirement to select ALL permissions. 

What you need to know: 

1. All requested permissions must be granted for the sync to function properly. 
2. Thryv will provide multiple messages to inform you about Google's updated guidelines and the necessity of selecting all permissions for a successful sync .
