    Hi, Andrea,

    We have been asked about this a lot this year and hope to have a solution sometime in 2020. You can follow this thread here.

    For this particular situation, we may recommend sharing a screenshot of the approval with the customer so they are aware it has been approved, or including this somewhere in terms and conditions.
