    Hi, Jenette!

    Any unread messages are under "Require Your Attention." On marking leads, you can also leverage the "Remind me in" feature, which also allows you to add a note to yourself and moves the message to "Follow Up."

    We would say that a client can mark any leads coming in by going to Select>Select Leads>Remind Me In>Choose reminder date>(Optional: Add Note) and this will move all of those leads to the follow-up portion of the inbox so they are segmented.
