Export Data option when you export a file for Bounce Email

    Hi, LaRonda!

     

    While we work on improving the reporting functionality in Announcements to help you, we would recommend doing the following:

    Go to your campaign statistics under Marketing>Announcements>Select the Announcement>View Stats under the announcement with the bounces.

    You can then click directly on Bounced and it will filter out all of the bounced emails. Clicking on Export in the top right corner while this filter is turned on will allow you to export just the list of bounced emails.

    At this point, you have a few options. The first is to view the recipient name in the exported file and go through your CRM manually to call those clients. The second would be to export your client list and bump it against the exported file of bounced contacts and if there is a phone number available, it will show on the bumped report.
