    I was not able to replicate this issue. If it persists, of if you can provide more information, like screenshots, that would be helpful.

    Below is what our receipts look like with a similar value to what you described:

    We may recommend checking under settings to see if it is being recorded in US Dollars.

    Thank you for your reply. 

    However, when we're trying to record a payment for, let's say, $86.60, thryv automatically omits the zero. I'm attaching a couple of screenshots for your reference.

    Thank you for supplying this additional information. I was able to replicate the issue you are experiencing using the steps that you added.
