    You can leave a note in the Notes field, which is only visible internally and can be shared with the tech. Please see the below example:


    We would instruct the client to add the note under the client field, and the tech can check the notes prior to the appointment. They are all timestamped and we are working on adding a date stamp at some point in the future.
