I am a new user to Thryv. I have an issue with tags that tech support cannot resolve. First, we have two tags that were spelled incorrectly when our sales rep entered them. Tech support tried fix them but were unable to accomplish this. It would be nice if tag spellings could be corrected. Second, it would be nice if you could do a bulk delete of tags. I want to remove the "imported on date" from all of our clients but there is no way to do this. The only way is to go to each client and do it individually. We have 550+ clients and it is going to take a lot of time to delete that tag from each client. Third, it would be nice if there was a way to delete tags from the drop down list. We have a tag we do not want anyone to use but there is no way to remove it from the drop down.
