Great question Nicole! I think I might know what's tripping you up.

First, click on Filters and filter your client list for the desired tag

Then, click on More Actions>ExportThen, here is the important part to avoid printing the whole list. Set your Rows to Filtered. This will apply the current filters on your screen to your export. As an optional step, you can also customize the columns to only show the information you want to appear. Contact info and notes are included by default
