Marketing Center - Enhanced Profiles Reporting
What criteria must be met for calls to be included in the enhanced profile analytics? Specifically, does this apply to both answered and unanswered calls, the duration of the calls, and scenarios where a potential lead leaves a voicemail?

Hey Katelyn! Marketing Center will show all answered calls, regardless of duration and the client can listen to each. And, if they left a voicemail, you can still hear the recording of them leaving a message.
