Thanks for asking Basil! Currently, there isn't a way to "empty" the trash folder in Command Center as this wouldn't truly delete the message. The idea behind the trash folder in Command Center is to move the conversation (as opposed to just the message) out of your inbox, so it's easier to navigate. If you really would like to have a message or conversation deleted, you would need to do so from within the email platform itself.
