We are excited to announce that our Marketplace integrations will now sync to Command Center, even without a Business Center account. Command Center can be utilized with many of our integrations within the Thryv Marketplace!

 ​Command Center now supports the ability to:

1. Import contact details (first name, last name, email, and phone).​

2. Forms data - improved ability to inject contact details from forms along with the form data being available within the Command Center Inbox (where applicable, please reference the chart below). ​

3. Important Note: For Command Center-only users, data will not export from Command Center to the integrations; this is only a one-way sync from the integration to Command Center. The full functionality of integrations will continue to work as expected for Clients who have Business Center.​  ​

Locate a synced contact record by typing the first name, last name, or email address of the contact within the search field of the Inbox.​

Contact details can be expanded to allow editing, messaging, calls, and video to occur.​
