Thanks for your question Katelyn!! To send an email from Business Center that will appear in your Command Center conversation, make sure the channel selected in Business Center is also a channel in Command Center.

In your first screenshot, the channel selected is Email, which corresponds to an email directly from Business Center. If you click on that drop-down and select an email address that is a channel in Command Center, you can then see the conversation in both places. Selecting either of these email addresses will send it from that channel.
