If a customer is using a domain-based email, they'll use the Microsoft365 channel instead of the Outlook channel.

When it comes to connecting the email as a channel in Thryv Command Center, they should select IMAP when connecting the channel, and it can be connected that way. 

When it comes to connecting their calendar in Thryv Business Center, on-premise servers are not supported. The connection is through outlook.com. So the rule is, if the email can be accessed through outlook.com then they can connect their calendar, but if not then there is not a way for Business Center to sync to it.
