    Hey there, AG$. Great idea to add the claim number into the subject line. See the below screenshots and step-by-step guide and let us know if you have additional questions.

    1. In the client card click on the double arrows, noted below. This will expand the message box and options.

    2. Customize the subject line to include the Claim Number, as indicated below and send.

    Hi Steffie:

    This question is in reference in your 'Email Templates' area not the conversation.

    https://go.thryv.com/app/settings/email_templates

    I'm asking in (3) different ways AND sections of Thryv because I do not who know who responds to these posts.

    thx

    Hi there AG$, first I want to make sure we're understanding your question correctly. Are you trying to achieve a system where certain information from your client card automatically populates the subject line of every email you send to a given client, is that right?

    In terms of responses to posts, the idea is to be an open community of all who use Thryv so we can all help each other use it to the fullest. Your posts can be responded to by other small business owners who are using Thryv successfully, or from our team members who work with such clients every day, and want to help (like Steffie). The community is moderated by Thryv's Product Success Team, you may see answers from us as well.

    YES if that's possible... I see it allows all a lot of other options below, i didnt know if there's a 'claim number' option:

       {{staff.first_name}},

    {{client.contact_name}}

    {{staff.contact_name}}

    we would only use the templates on the 'Payment' tab for our business.

    Thanks for clarifying!

    Unfortunately, it isn't possible to do with custom-created fields. The only fields that can be coded into templates are the pre-made fields that are hard-coded into Thryv, which are: first_name, last_name, address, email, phone

    I did add you to a Feedback Request for this feature as it is a request we've seen before. This will ensure you are updated should this feature be added to the roadmap

    To your question earlier about the nature and purpose of the user community, this is exactly the idea. While what you're asking exactly isn't possible within what Thryv is capable of today, other users with a similar workflow who may have found a creative solution can join in and share how they solve for this! In addition, should this feature ever be release we will update you here
