Thryv Keeps Freezing
I have several invoices in 'Draft' and again another work stoppage, why does this software keep freezing? I am not able to convert to 'approved'. Does Thryv go 'offline' at a certain time of day?

Hello there!
Thryv generally has a 99.9% Uptime, and there are not scheduled downtimes except in exceedingly rare circumstances (and these are always overnight).
Outages are rare and usually brief. If there is an outage on our end for an extended period of time, you can be notified by subscribing to our Status Page. If you believe you are in an outage, try switching internet networks if possible, or if you are on mobile, switch to cellular data as opposed to wifi.
