If a customer calls a business owner's Command Center phone number, will it ring to the mobile app if the business owner is not logged into the app or do they need to stay logged in and keep the app open in the background for it to ring?

Great question Elizabeth! In order to receive a call through Command Center, it is required to be logged into the app and have the app running in the background. The reasoning behind that is that we want to ensure we never send customers or their information meant for a Command Center user to a non user. Being logged into the app is our way of ensuring that information stays safe!
