What exactly is this place?

This is the official Thryv User Community! A place where Thryv users (as well as our team) can come to join in a conversation. Share new ideas about how to make the most of your Thryv product. Show off your best tips and tricks. Share advice for small business owners in general. Need help with Thryv? Your community has you covered. Looking for more creative ways to use our programs and make running your business easier? We are here for you. We are in this together.

How do I create an account?

That's the neat part! If you're a Thryv user, you already have one! You are able to sign into this site using the same login you use to sign into our products. 

How do I edit my community profile?

Once you've signed in and left a post or comment, click on your name. Depending on a few factors like which product you have and how long you've been with us, we may already have your name filled out. If not, we'll start you off with the title of "user," and to change it, click on Edit Profile and enter the name you'd like to go by in the Alias field. Why an Alias? You may or may not want your real name or other business information shown to the entire community. We want to leave that choice up to you. Whether we're able to fill in your name or not, you have the choice to enter an alias to go by.

Can just anyone post here?

Anyone is welcome to visit the site and read and learn. However, only users of Thryv products are able to sign in and have their voice heard here. It's an exclusive club, and we are glad to have you!

What are badges?

Great question! We award badges to active participants in the community so that other members know, this is someone who knows their stuff! The more ways you contribute to the community, the more badges you can earn.

Are there any rules I need to know?

1. Be kind and courteous. We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

2. No Spam. We absolutely want to hear about your Big Wins, and how awesome your business is doing. But give more than you take to this group. Spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed. Please don't self-promote your services to other members

3. The Community is moderated. We reserve the right to remove any post/comment/member without notice and as deemed appropriate.

4. I'm a Thryv employee. Are there any special rules for me? Yes, please refer to our internal Community Policy for Employees
