Bring your company together and keep your team in sync wherever they are. Once you have activated TeamChat, your existing staff members in Thryv are automatically added as team members in TeamChat! You can also add additional staff members and this guide will show you how!
Important: To add a new team member in TeamChat, they first have to be a staff member in your Thryv account and you must add them from the desktop version of TeamChat.
To add your staff members, navigate to TeamChat Settings. Go to the TeamChat tab, then select the settings icon in the bottom left corner.
Once in settings, select team members, then enter the emails of the staff members that you like to invite to collaborate with you in TeamChat.
Then select which channels you'd like each team member to collaborate on.
Your invited team members will receive an email notification letting them know they have been invited to join TeamChat.
Once you add your team members, you can return to TeamChat settings at any time to modify the channels they can participate in.
To update the channels a team member can access, select the drop-down next to their name, then select the checkbox next to the channels that team members needs to access.
To remove a team member from TeamChat, select remove next to their email address.
