Have a Tag you no longer want to use? Only just catch a typo? Luckily, Thryv makes it easy to remove a tag from all clients who have it in just a few easy steps. If you're looking for a guide to add tags in the first place, Click Here.

First, filter your Client List by the Tag you would like to remove.

Next, navigate to Select>All

Now that all clients have been selected, navigate to Manage Tags>Remove Tags. Then, search for the tag you would like to remove, and select it from the drop down. Click on Remove Tags to remove that tag from all clients who have it.

Once a tag is removed from all clients who have it, it will no longer appear as an option to filter or appear in drop-downs. Any automated campaigns using this tag as a trigger will not be sent.
