This guide will explain how to reset the Thryv password for one of your staff members.

First, navigate to Settings>Staff

Next, click on the tri-dots next to the staff member who needs their password reset, and select Log In As. This will reload your Thryv in your browser, but logged in as the selected staff member. 

Now that you are logged in as the user, navigate again to Settings. Depending on the permission level selected, you may also need to navigate to Staff again. If the staff account you are impersonating is a User you will be taken straight to their staff settings.

Next, click on Change Password.

On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter the current password, then the new password twice to confirm it.

Once you have entered the new password twice and clicked Change My Password you are done!
