How to run your report

Go to Reports → Run Single Reports:
Find it in the left-hand menu of your Thryv Workforce Center dashboard.

Search for "Payroll Detail":
Type it into the search bar and select it from the results, this report gives you a full line-by-line breakdown of every payroll run in your selected date range.

Click Edit to set your date range:
This is where you tell the report which pay period to cover. Pick the right option for what you need:
Past quarter:
- Set From → first payroll of the quarter
- Set To → last payroll of the quarter
This quarter:
- Set From and To to the same check date
- This pulls just the most recent payroll run

Click View Report:
Your full Payroll Detail Report loads instantly, every pay run, every employee, every line item for the period you selected.

Download as PDF:
Save a clean, shareable PDF to your device, ready for your accountant, bookkeeper, or records filing.
Run this report at the end of every quarter and save the PDF to a dedicated folder. Come tax season, you'll have everything organized and ready to hand off, no scrambling, no missing records.
