When you sign up for ThryvPay, your account may be provisionally approved based on the information provided in the application process. In order to finalize your account for full approval, we may require additional items including an image of a driver's license, an image of bank statements or other credit documentation.
During this initial provisional period, transactions processed will experience a delay in depositing to your bank account. Instead of next-day funding, funds will be sent to your bank 5 business days after the transaction clears. This is a standard process for all new merchants to a new payment processing service. It protects your business and ThryvPay.
Many payment providers follow the same initial provisional process. Stripe has a delay between 5-7 days, while Square has an initial delay of 7 business days to receive your funds.
During this time, your account is limited to processing credit cards only. The fastest way to expedite the final approval process is to begin using ThryvPay to process your everyday business transactions!
Once we finish the approval process, transactions made will fund the next business day and your account will be able to accept ACH payments.
- Credit card transactions made prior to 6 pm ET will be dispersed to your bank account at 6 pm ET the next business day.
- ACH transactions typically take between 5-7 business days to fund. Funding is based on the consumer's bank timing and can vary.
