The Thryv Calendar is designed to help organize your workday more efficiently. It can be used to manage your daily workflow and lessen the likelihood of a no show appointment because Thryv will notify and remind your clients of all updates.
To create a new appointment, select Calendar from the left navigation bar.
From this tab select Schedule New button and select Appointment from the drop-down menu.
Choose Who the Appointment is with:
You can Search from your existing clients by name, email or tag, you can add New Client, or select from your Recently Active clients that will be displayed.
Select the service for the appointment. Services will populate from your services menu (Settings>Services) or you can also choose to add a custom service, which will allow you to add a custom appointment title.
Select or Type the Date & Time for the appointment
Select which Staff Member will take the Appointment. (It will default to the primary Admin assigned int Thryv)
You can also include a message to the client in the invite, which will display in the appointment invite.
The details & notifications for the appointment can be modified for new appointments but will default to the preset settings. (Please see Add Your Services to set up your services in Thryv)
