Bradd Bassham of Good Guys Window & Glass Repair had a pretty big struggle that most business owners do - he needed to manage the customer appointments in a single calendar, process estimates and invoices, and frankly...not spend a lot of time doing it.
"I get a lot of phone calls everyday and it's hard to keep track of all the different clients that call you," says Brad. Brad goes on to say "I can literally go into a customers home, do an estimate on the Thryv ticket, turn it into an invoice immediately and then I can process the payment as soon as work is completed."
Gone are the days where Brad needs to store all his customer information in his truck, with papers strewn all over the place. There's also no longer a need to spend an entire day working, only to come home and have to go over estimates and invoices from his home office. "It's all just a one-click deal," says Brad.
His clients also love that they can get on the client portal to set their own appointments, approve their own estimates and even set up their own installs. Brad explains "By giving that authority to your client, it takes that task right off your plate and it gives your customer an opportunity to be a part of something bigger that you're trying to do for them."
