Jerraud Powers and his partners Rashad Johnson and Juwan Simpson decided something was missing in their community. They decided there was a need for a holistic fitness club specifically designed to support the local, young athletes in their area. On that day, the idea for Pro Prep Performance, or "P3" was born.
