From the dashboard you will have access to all the information currently available on the desktop version in a responsive format to view on your mobile device:

New Appointment
Easily book new appointments on-the-go, right from your Thryv Mobile Dashboard. Follow the video below to see how simple it is!
- Select New Appointment
- Select your client or add a new client by choosing the + sign to add a new client
- Select your Service (Note: You must ensure you have services set up to use this feature. This can be done under Settings>My Services)
- You will also have the option to type a message to your client before sending, and can even request their confirmation of the appointment by checking the Request Client Confirmation box.
- Hit Send.
Accept Payment
Process a quick payment from anywhere using our mobile quick-pay feature. In the below video, we show you how to process a payment using a credit card.

Send Invoice
We've made sending an invoice to your client as fast as a few clicks on your Thryv app. In the below videos, we show you how to create a new invoice and a new estimate...all from the palm of your hand!
- Select Send Invoice
- Select New Invoice
- Choose your Contact or Add a new Contact by choosing the + button
- You have the option to change the invoice number in the Invoice Label field
- Add Items (these would be added under your Settings>My Services function in Thryv.)
- You have the option to ask your client to pay online or even pay partially. Just check which box you prefer. (Note: Allow clients to pay online is checked by default.)
- Save as Draft or Send immediately!
Sending an Estimate
Sending an estimate is just as simple as sending an invoice - and it's pretty much the same steps.
We show you how in the video below:
- Select Send Invoice
- Select New Estimate
- Choose your Contact or Add a new Contact by choosing the + button
- You have the option to change the estimate number in the Estimate Number field
- Add Items (these would be added under your Settings>My Services function in Thryv Desktop.)
- You have the option to ask your client to pay online or even pay partially. Just check which box you prefer. (Note: Allow clients to pay online is checked by default.)
- Save as Draft or Send immediately!
Send Message
To use this feature on your Thryv Mobile App, you'll need to enable SMS/Text Notifications from a Landline Phone number. Our High-Thryv Recommendation is to use your business phone number. More on that can be found in this article. We show you below how to send a message using your Thryv Mobile App - whether it's a quick email or a text from your business, Thryv can make it happen!
- Ensure 2-Way Communication is enabled if you'd like to send an SMS/Text message.
- Choose your client that you'd like to send a message to.
- Choose Email or Text Message (SMS) as the option you'd like to use to send the message.
- Input a Subject Line and a Message in the body.
- Hit Send.
Create Campaign
Our Marketing Library has available templates for you to send a quick campaign via email or SMS/Text while on-the-go! Have a little more time on your hands today? Try creating your own offer! We give you a high-level overview of how to use this feature in your mobile device below:
- Click Create Campaign
- Choose from one of the templates or create your own - all templates are editable by clicking on the field you want to change.
- Choose Email or SMS/Text
- Choose clients to send to. You have the option to select from tagged customers or choose an individual.
- Hit Continue
- Hit Send once you're certain everything looks good!
Send Link
Copy important links to your Client Portal actions using this feature, and send them via text message or email. For more in-depth information regarding this feature, see this article.
