Conversations - Engagements
We start by clicking on "Conversations". Clicking here will open up your engagements section of your social engagement dashboard. Here, you can search through conversations and view sentiment about your business across networks and engagement types.
What Does All This Mean?
Clicking on the sentiment drop-down menu will allow you to filter between all sentiments, or only the positive, neutral and negative ones. You'll see the sentiment listed below the user profile photo:
Now, you can easily respond to all your comments on social, regardless of their sentiment, all in one place!
Filtering by Network will allow you to drill down to the social network of your choosing, to see only comments left on one specific platform.
All Engagement Types:
This feature shows you every comment, mention or reply on your social networks, including Facebook Comments, Twitter Mentions, LinkedIn Comments & so much more! This allows you to view what is important to you in real-time.
Conversations - Discovery
When we select "Discovery", this takes you to a special section designated solely for Twitter resources.
- Search through Tweets:
Searching for tweets brings up all tweets on the entire Twitter Universe that are related to the keyword that you searched for. This makes the content easy to retweet or reply to, which is part of best practices for Twitter usage.
- Search People:
Searching for people brings up all Twitter users that have the name associated with the keyword you have input into the search field, making it easier than never before to follow users that are related to your field of business. This is another part of best practices for Twitter use, so go forth and follow your friends and colleagues!
