Content Status:
This area of your Social Media Dashboard indicates how many posts you have scheduled to go out to your social channels. Anything Pending will need your approval, while rejected or failed means you may have to reconnect your social platforms to Thryv again. More information on that can be found here.
Fan & Engagement Demographics:
This section will indicate how many men and women in a variety of age groups are interacting with your social media channels.
Engagement Sentiment:
This tool is an excellent way to monitor your social feedback. For example, if a customer leaves a negative comment, the bar will show a 1 under "Negative", indicating that there is something negative you should respond to. Your goal should be to have the ticker pushed as far to the right as possible!
Peak Time:
Peak time is used for Facebook only, though not otherwise indicated. It will show you the times of day you have the most users interacting with your Facebook content. This is very helpful when you are scheduling your own content, as best practices are to post content as close to your highest peak time as possible to get the most reach.
Engagement Status:
This shows you how many people, overall, have engaged with your content. This area is a work in progress, so our High-Thryv recommendation is to notate your engagement status under each individual social platform.
We hope this article helps you get the most out of your social!
