Note that this process refers to changing the password for Classic Thryv Business Center users who do not have access to Thryv® Command Center. For instructions to change your password for Thryv Command Center, Click Here.

To change the password on your system account visit Thryv Settings>Business Info

Then, click on Change Password from the section labeled Admin Account.

On this screen, you will be prompted to enter your current password, then the desired password. Enter the desired password again to confirm it.

If you forgot your password navigate to your login page by logging out in the top right.

Once you are logged out, click on 'Forgot your password'

Enter the email address you use to log in and click Reset Password.

An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Follow the link to set your new password.
