From the inbox or client contact card, you can assign client messages and scheduling requests to different staff members.
You can choose to assign a single engagement, or multiple, to specific staff members.
- From the left navigation, click on Inbox.
- Check the engagements you wish to assign to a specific staff member.
- Click on the Assign button.
- Select the staff member from your staff list. You can include any specific notes if needed.
- Include an internal message to the staff member (optional). This message will not be seen by the client.
Inbox - After a message is assigned:
- The staff member will receive an email notification that a specific engagement was assigned to them and can reply to the client or reschedule if necessary. The customer will not receive a notification when this occurs.
- The staff member can respond to the message from the client
