    Assign messages and appointments to other staff members

    With the Team account, you can dispatch clients contacts and scheduling request to between different staff members.

     

    You can choose to assign a single engagement, or multiple, to specific staff members.

    • From the left navigation pane click on Inbox.
    • Check the engagements you wish to assign to specific staff member.
    • Click on the Assign button.

    • Select the staff member from your staff list. You can include any specific notes if needed.

    • The staff member will receive an email notification that a specific engagement was assigned to them and can reply to the client or reschedule if necessary. The customer will not receive a notification when this occurs.
